Raising the Bar: A Record-Breaking Year in Review for TTS

2025 was a year of exponential growth for Tidal Time Solutions, marked by the transition into a full-scope mechanical and electrical solutions provider and a doubling of the TTS workforce. Tidal Time has combined military-grade execution with a new brand identity to prove that rapid scaling can be achieved with both success and poise.

Growth with Grace
The consistent theme of 2025 was GROWTH for Tidal Time Solutions, as we witnessed accelerated scaling with every passing month. Within one year TTS launched an all-new service division, diversified into a full-scope mechanical solutions provider (alongside our growing electrical division), doubled our workforce, overhauled our brand identity and digital presence, and finally, broadened our industry footprint with more industry events than ever before!
Rapid scaling can be challenging for many, but this experienced team lead by active and retired military officers has been able to execute each milestone with such success and grace it made, “TTS one of the best kept secrets in the industry,” as described by a global enterprise client (our favorite testimonial to date).

Contributing to the success of the year, were five new team members TTS brought into the fold, each bringing their own high-valued skills and experience to the team:

With Hedman Garcia at the helm, TTS successfully debuted its Service Division this year, a move that immediately resonated with our client base and filled a critical gap in the market. This venture proved so transformative to our operations that further expansion is no longer just a goal—it is a mandate for the coming year.

As our team expands, it’s essential to maintain a healthy company culture to ensure seamless operations, transparent communication, and optimal morale. This can be a true test for leadership, but with deliberate intention, the results are truly inspiring. 2026 North Star
This year is already off to a quick cadence, building on the significant momentum of 2025. Our current focus is on the implementation of advanced systems to streamline operational efficiency, ultimately allowing us to dedicate even more energy to our customers’ growing needs. Guided by a sharp focus on market navigation, TTS looks forward to announcing further divisional expansions and new talent throughout the coming months.
